Our Commitment to Transparency
Unlike many matrimonial platforms that hide their refund policies, we believe in being completely transparent. Here's exactly how refunds work at ShaadiPakki.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan is completely free and requires no payment. No refund is applicable.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Full Refund (Within 7 Days)
- If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you receive a full refund
- No questions asked, no conditions
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
Partial Refund (7-30 Days)
- Pro-rated refund based on unused days
- Calculation: (Remaining days / Total days) x Amount paid
- Processed within 7-10 business days
No Refund (After 30 Days)
- After 30 days, no refund is available
- You can still cancel auto-renewal to prevent future charges
- Your premium features remain active until the subscription period ends
3. How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- If eligible for refund, it will be processed automatically
4. Exceptions
- Account Banned: If your account is banned for violating terms, no refund is provided
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing use of paid features, contact support for a full refund regardless of the time period
- Duplicate Payment: Accidental duplicate payments are fully refunded immediately
